Free Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are completely free of charge. You will receive a full confirmation of cancellation via WhatsApp or email.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed transfer price.
No-Show
If a passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location within the waiting time period (120 minutes), the booking may be treated as a no-show and the full transfer price may be charged.
