Some journeys are transport, and some are part of the event itself. Our limousine service covers the second kind: a first-class vehicle, a chauffeur in formal dress, a route and timing planned around your schedule rather than the traffic, and a price fixed before the day so the budget is settled long before the champagne is.
Mercedes S-Class and equivalent saloons for up to three passengers in full comfort, and Mercedes V-Class for groups of up to seven who want to travel together. Dark paint, light leather, privacy glass on request.
Suit and tie as standard for event work, with door service, luggage handling and the discretion to be invisible when the moment belongs to you.
We walk the route in advance for weddings and ceremonies, build in buffer for photographs and traffic, and coordinate with your venue, planner or event manager directly if you prefer.
Quoted for the full booking before the day — hours, distance, waiting and any second or third movement included. No hourly meter running while you are inside the reception.
The word means different things in different markets, so it is worth being precise. In Germany a Limousinenservice is a chauffeured premium saloon or van — an S-Class, an E-Class, a V-Class — not the elongated stretch vehicle the word conjures in North America. That is what we operate: recent-model executive cars, immaculately presented, driven by a professional in formal dress.
If you specifically want a stretch limousine or a novelty vehicle for a party, we are not the right supplier and will tell you so rather than sell you something else.
Wedding work is the most planned thing we do, because it is the least forgiving. There is no version of the day where the car being fifteen minutes late is acceptable.
We plan a wedding booking as a sequence rather than a journey: the arrival at the ceremony, the movement to the photography location, the transfer to the reception venue, and often a late departure for the couple. The same car and the same chauffeur cover all of it, so nobody is briefing a new driver at ten in the evening. We drive the route in advance where the venue is unfamiliar, agree a specific arrival minute rather than a window, and build in the buffer that Dusseldorf's ring roads occasionally demand.
Guest movements can run alongside — see group and event transfers for shuttling family and guests between hotel and venue on the same fixed-price basis.
For an opera at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein, a gala at the Rheinterrasse, a premiere or a corporate hospitality evening, the practical value of a limousine is not the badge on the bonnet — it is that you are set down at the entrance and collected from it, with no parking, no walk in evening dress, and no waiting for a taxi in the rain when it finishes.
Booked hourly, the car waits for you. You are not paying attention to the time, and the price does not change if the evening runs long.
Dusseldorf's trade-fair calendar — ProWein, MEDICA, boot, interpack, K, drupa — turns the city into a hospitality operation for weeks at a time. A limousine booking is often the simplest way to look after visiting clients: collected from DUS on arrival, moved between hall, hotel and dinner across the week, and returned to the airport at the end without anyone joining the taxi queue outside the halls at closing time.
For the transport side of an exhibitor operation rather than the hospitality side, see Messe Dusseldorf transfers.
| Vehicle | Passengers | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Mercedes S-Class or equivalent | Up to 3 | Weddings, VIP arrivals, executive evenings |
| Mercedes E-Class or equivalent | Up to 4 | Business travel, airport arrivals, city events |
| Mercedes V-Class / Business Van | Up to 8 | Bridal parties, guest groups, client hospitality |
Every vehicle is non-smoking, recent-model and cleaned between assignments. Bottled water is provided as standard, including in the van. Child seats are available at no charge — tell us ages when you book.
Give us the date, the venue or route, the number of passengers and the shape of the day. For weddings and events we will usually ask a few more questions than a standard transfer — venue access, photograph stops, whether the couple needs a separate late departure — and then confirm the full plan and the fixed price in writing.
For regular business travel rather than occasions, our chauffeur service is the better fit and is priced accordingly. Either way, start with a quote.
Send us the date, venues and passenger count — we will plan the day and confirm one fixed price.
