How do I book a transfer from Dusseldorf Airport?

Can I book for the same day?

Yes, we accept same-day bookings subject to driver availability. For the best availability, especially for early morning and late night transfers, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

Do I need to pay upfront?

Accepted Answer

No upfront payment is required. Pay your driver on board after your transfer — by cash (EUR) or card. We never charge your payment details to confirm a booking.

Can I book a return transfer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When booking, you can add a return journey. Alternatively, contact us via WhatsApp after your outbound booking and we'll arrange the return at the same fixed price.

Where does my driver meet me?

Accepted Answer

Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a name board with your name. You will receive the driver's contact number and vehicle details in your confirmation. Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are both covered.

What if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

We track your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver automatically adjusts and waits for you at no extra charge. You do not need to call us — we already know.

How long does the driver wait?

We include 120 minutes of free waiting time on every booking — at the airport, measured from the scheduled landing time. After that, additional waiting time may be charged at €10 per 15 minutes.

What if I cannot find my driver?

Your confirmation includes the driver's mobile number. Call or WhatsApp them directly. You can also reach our dispatch via the number in your confirmation email at any time.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. The price you see when booking is the price you pay. No meter, no surge pricing, no tolls added later, no fuel surcharges. Tolls and motorway fees are always included.

What is included in the price?

All tolls, motorway fees, and fuel are included. Meet & greet with name board at the airport is included. Waiting time up to 120 minutes is included. VAT is included where applicable.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are completely free. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Are child seats available?

Yes. Child seats (infant, toddler, and booster) are available on request at no extra charge. Please mention the age(s) of children when booking so we can fit the correct seat.

What vehicles do you use?

We operate a fleet of Mercedes E-Class (up to 3 passengers + luggage), Mercedes V-Class / Vito (up to 7 passengers + luggage), and larger minibuses for groups. All vehicles are non-smoking, air-conditioned, and have ample luggage space.

Our standard saloon carries up to 3 passengers with 3 large suitcases. Our people carrier carries up to 7 passengers with 7 large suitcases. Need to transport more? Contact us for a group quote.

Do you cover routes outside Germany?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We cover destinations in Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and beyond. Cross-border transfers are available at fixed prices including any border fees.

Possibly. Contact us via WhatsApp with your route and we will provide a quote. We cover most of Germany and Central Europe.
